WHOA.
Who else was glad to be alive this morning? I honestly wonder if any Wisconsinites actually had a heart attack watching last night’s game. I mean, we eat cheese, drink beer and loooooove our Packers … not always the healthiest combination!
I have to tell you, Tommy is a huge football fan. He’s the guy watching the game who makes the call 8 seconds before the ref even sees it. Tommy’s all like, “WHAATTT?? NO WAY!!! That was holding, forward progress, face mask, illegal formation and false start!!!” Or something. (As he’s jumping up and down, pounding on the ceiling.) And I’m all like, “Whaaaa?? Where are the chips. I hope Donald Driver is OK.”
But seriously, how exciting was winning the Super Bowl?! This morning I spent a good hour looking at all the amazing photos from last night’s celebrations. I know it’s just a game, but you can’t help but feel some deep Wisconsin pride after a game like that. I’m thankful for the memories.
I wanted to share a few photos of a precious newborn I recently photographed. Little Jackson took an hour or so to get nice and sleepy for my camera, but when he was out, he was OUT. 🙂 Believe it or not, photographing newborns can be incredibly challenging. These little guys have minds of their own! But in the end, it’s all sooo worth it. 🙂
A big thanks to Jackson’s mommy and daddy for being super relaxed during the photos!! Congratulations on your perfect little boy. 🙂
