This past Friday, the equally adorable Ms. Erin and Mr. Nick traveled all the way from Minnesota for their engagement session. And wouldn’t you know, the minute their shoot was scheduled to begin, it started to downpour. I’m not talking a light sprinkle — I’m talking a summer rain where you’d be better off running around in your swim suit.
So, we waited. I checked my not-so-reliable iPhone app to see when the rain would stop. With our fingers crossed, we chatted for awhile underneath the canopy of the Art Museum. After about 45 minutes, the clouds parted, and we were good to go! I had a blast exploring downtown with these two, and I can’t wait for their December wedding. 🙂
Thank you, Erin and Nick, for taking the time out of your busy summer schedule to come down this way. I hope the Lakefront Brewery fish fry was as yummy as promised. 🙂 I will see you two lovebirds in just a few short months!
