Friday’s Frame ~ Milwaukee wedding photographer

“I think we need a hammock.”

Notice the word “need.” Not, “I want a hammock.” On days like today, it’s definitely a need.

I waited for Tommy to text back.

“K. Can you find one?”

That’s a solid “yes” in the Katie and Tommy book. 🙂 It’s kind of how things work with us: If I find it, Tommy will install it/assemble it/wrestle with it until it works. Ahhhhh I’m imagining a hammock nap right now …

Tomorrow, I’ll be heading to Genoa City for the second wedding of my 2011 season. Today, I thought I’d share a photo from the wedding I photographed just six days ago. Lorie and Brandon tied the knot up in Appleton, and despite the rain and wind, we were able to pop outside for a few shots along the Fox River. I’ve always loved this area of Appleton — the architecture along Olde Oneida Street is just beautiful.

A full post from Lorie and Brandon’s wedding will be coming soon. 🙂
