Ahhhhh winter weddings. 🙂
It seems as though Erin, Nick and I are destined to brave the elements together. This past summer, we dodged downpours and skipped over rain puddles for one of my favorite engagement sessions from 2012! In similar fashion, just a week ago, the three of us trekked through knee-high snowbanks and defied temperatures in the teens for some wintery wedding photos in Wisconsin Dells. What better place to get married than one of the state’s prettiest, most fun locales? Wisconsin Dells isn’t just for summer vacationing. Erin and Nick held their reception at the Wildnerness Resort — the venue was grand, gorgeous, inviting and cozy.
Erin once told me it was Nick’s sparkling blue eyes that instantly drew her in. Years later, those same eyes filled with tears as he read her handwritten words just moments before their wedding ceremony. Somehow, the moment they first met, Erin knew those eyes would one day promise her forever.
Congratulations, Erin and Nick! I can’t wait to see what the future has in store for you both. 🙂
